Inter-tenancy Walls

BenexBlock™ H600 is ideal for inter- tenancy walls between retail use applications.  The four- hour fire rating properties of the block enable a simple solution to tenancy separation between different uses and occupancy classes of retail, office, and restaurant tenancies.  The blocks can be built to heights of up to 12 metres with the appropriate column integration (see technical data section) providing a one- trade solution for all inter- tenancy wall needs.  The BenexBlock™ also provides a secure barrier between tenants.
